We always need more tutors for the ever-increasing demand for private tuition. We do not require our tutors to commit to teaching only students referred by A1 Tutors. To apply to join us as a tutor, go to the application form, print it, complete it and post it to: A1 Tutors, Head Office, 22 Canterbury Rd, Flitwick. Beds. MK45 1TZ.

Rates vary according to area and level, but a typical tutor's earnings after agency fees (Primary to GCSE) would vary between £17.25 per hour for teaching at home and £25.00 per hour for travelling to a student's home.

We cannot accept on-line applications, as we also require:

a) copies of your certificate/s
b) proof of identity
c) A current CRB disclosure (not more than 3 years old) or a cheque for £45.99, payable to A1 Tutors, to cover the cost of your police check.
